My Goals

As I stand on the precipice of my senior year at the University of Arizona (UofA), the weight and gravity of my academic journey and future aspirations settle firmly upon me. Every experience, project, and course has shaped my goals and aspirations. They paint a picture of my ambition to not only achieve personal excellence but also contribute meaningfully and wholeheartedly to the rapidly evolving world of technology.

Striving for academic excellence: my goal is to graduate from UA Summa Cum Laude, showcasing my dedication throughout college and deep understanding of my major.

Deepening My Knowledge Base: While grades measure my success, my true drive is a thirst for knowledge in computer science. I seek a profound understanding, not just for academic excellence, but to make meaningful contributions. By mastering complex algorithms and emerging technologies, I aim to lead in innovation.

Translating Theory to ActionI’m motivated to apply my computer science knowledge to real-world challenges. Beyond theory, I aim to use tech to enhance lives, optimize operations, and innovate, addressing both personal and societal needs.

My Interests

Delving into AI, ML, and DL: These transformative technologies promise to redefine our world. My foundation in them comes from my data science course (CSC 380) at the University of Arizona, research in image classification using ML libraries, and collaboration with CIHSR’s radiology department.

Exploring Backend and Embedded Systems: Beyond high-level algorithms, I’m passionate about backend and embedded systems. The silent powerhouses that form the backbone of our digital landscape.

Informatics and Data Contribution: In a world valuing data as the ‘new oil,’ I aim to improve informatics, especially in healthcare. Recognizing healthcare’s data challenges, I plan to harness my computer science skills to refine and interpret large datasets, aiding decision-making to impact industries and societies profoundly.

Food Enthusiast: Besides tech and computer science, I love trying new foods. I’ve always had a keen interest in food. Exploring new dishes is more than just an experience for me; it’s a journey. After sampling something unique and delightful, I love the challenge of recreating that flavor in my own kitchen. It’s a blend of adventure and creativity that never gets old.

My Personal Projects

Here are some of the projects I have worked on over the years. Click the image to get redirected to the page!

Geosynchronous Equatorial Orbit(GEO) Emulated Environment

A computational infrastructure environment that establishes a server-client network connection. Set to the parameters of a Geosynchronous Equatorial Orbit (GEO) environment for tuning and testing.

This system was designed and constructed for Viasat Inc within the System Sciences Group (SSG)

Pollen Object Tracking API

An application program that tracks pollen bounding box positions and its corresponding tube tips based on inference data. This implementation uses euclidean distances as a basis for determining tube lengths for Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) analysis.

This API was constructed for the Plant Sciences Department at the University of Arizona and will be featured in a publication at the end of 2023
